We are offering video plate punch. "memory" video plate punch & bender is designed keeping in mind the growing demand of quality ctp plates in commercial & newspaper web presses. The machine is equipped with ccd cameras to scan the ctp plates up to 40 times magnification to register with pc baseline. This ensures the quickest register for multi color printing on presses, thus saves time & paper cost, caused by traditional page make-up or printing down errors. The ctp plate is fed manually on the feeder tray. Electronic sensor actuates the conveyor to transport the plate to punching & edge bending station. Register marks specially exposed outside printing area are used for positioning & aligning the plate with the help of two ccd cameras. Cameras record the register marks & transmit the image to the pc for comparing with zero position of each camera system. The display images on the monitor evaluates and sends the control signal for automatic aligning by a 3-axis (x y & r) co-ordinate table to the correct position for punching & edge bending. If one or both the register marks are outside the tolerance field, the plate is rejected and moved out from the system without punching & edge bending.

The case maker consists of manual glueing station for hot melt or cold clue, board placement with pneumatic control, turning-in station and pressing station. The case maker is equipped with in-direct heating for hot melt glue with facility to add water which evaporates due to heat. The cover duly glued is held with high speed suction for placing the boards manually. The adjustment for using small and big boards is simple & operator friendly. The pressure rollers bind the cover with the board and stacks in the stacker. Whole operation takes 15 seconds to make a case.

Light integrated microprocessor based electronic timer with 99 channel memory and light integrator electronic timer helps in accurate, consistent and repeatable exposure. Dual vacuum, specially designed rubber blanket & beading ensures perfect contact. Uniquely designed reflector gives uniform and even exposure over the entire plate area. Instant Start Metal Halide is available in 1KW, 3KW & 7KW.

We are offering pneumatic bunding machine. The solution for bundling & pressing of folded sheets (signature), brochures and book-blocks etc. Push button operates the pneumatic system to press the bundle properly thus saves floor space. Pneumatically pressed bundles protect the folded sheets from being damaged at the edges. Air or dust cannot get into the pressed folded sheets thus maintains the fresh look of signatures. The machine is equipped with a semi-automatic strapping unit as the operator no longer needs to tie the bundle manually.

Corrosion free Stainless Steel Bath Tank & underneath replenish & water Tanks, powder coated mild steel structure and sturdy fabrication ensures trouble free working for years. PLC Control & LCD Display enables operator to control the speed of the main drive, temperature, replenishment etc. Features include automatic developer replenishment, level sensors for all bath tanks, plate washing from top & bottom with water, slot for re-wash, re-gum and re-dry. Dip Tank with independent brush roller lead to fast and consistent development of PSD, Plates. A submerged re-circulation of developer and heat exchanger controls temperature. Re-circulation of water after filtration eliminates plumbing and water consumption is reduced to minimum. EPDM Rubber Rollers and Brush rollers are easily removable for cleaning and washing.

We offer Plate Curing Equipment. "Memory" Plate Curer is designed to bake CTP & Conventional PS Plates. Sturdy mild steel Powder Coated fabrication. Our operator friendly control panel includes main onoff, digital temperature meter with thermostat, Amp meter & electronic timer with buzzer. The oven is specially designed to save heat loss and is completely insulated thus avoids Hot Air in the surrounding areas. Thermostatically controlled Hot Air maintains inside temperature evenly thus ensures even baking at a temperature ranging from 220°C to 250°C. Baking helps to give large print runs with same sharpness thus ensures smooth running on press and easy to store plates for repeat jobs. Four plates can be baked at a time.
