Length   Automatic Tunnel Bottle Cooler:      Suitable for cooling of Ketchup Bottles from 90 ºC to 35 ºC incorporating 3 cooling stages and one blow-off zone, having a total treatment time of 23 to 24 minutes. Cooling water is to be used from Cooling Tower. The main shell is in Stainless steel construction. The bottle carrier, mesh belt, drip trays and infeed / outfeed conveyors are also of stainless steel. Main mesh belt runs on UHMPE Wear strips for low friction smooth operation. It is held at the neck by the gripper head and the opening and closing motion of the gripper is such that it ensures perfect gripping. Heads are of Stainless Steel and gripper head is interchangeable according to neck sizes. The plastic components can withstand cleaning temperature upto 80ºC. The bottles are gripped and guided by the star wheel, thus allowing perfect centering even at high speed. Rita Bottle Packer Type Robo-Pack:        The latest construction for medium capacity range (Max. 1500 crates per hour). The Packer is ideally designed for beverage and food stuff industries. The machine is suitable for Bottles, Cans, Jars, etc. The packer and unpacker is suitable for crates and cartons. The packer is pick and place type.   The packer is equipped by most upto date electronic control which has the possibility to adapt the curve position of the crating movement to individually modified bottle size. Thus high effectiveness is being achieved as well as oscillation free and noiseless crating. The percentage of oxygen in the bottled product has to be reduced to a minimum since it is a risk for preservation of the bottled beverage. The vacuum pre-evacuation system ensures removal of oxygen during filling to give a packaged product of international standards.
