IMPURITIES IN MACHINE OILS & FLUIDS The oils and fluids used in machines pick up minute solid contaminants during working. Actually oil molecules and additives break down chemically due to aging, pressure, temperature, moisture etc., and get oxidised to form polar compounds. These compounds combine together to form an insoluble sediment which is termed as vanish/tar. Most machine malfunctions are due to this contaminants which stick on to the active surfaces of the machine, increasing abrasion and reducing lubrication.   WORKING PRINCIPLE Our range of oil cleaning systems work on the principle of electrostatic.
