Profile welder, the machine suits for your all your cladding application, fully programmed servo based machine where we can set the 'weld' and 'no weld' for your critical cladding application.the machine consists of servo based column & boom, weaving unit, torch assembly. The hard facing is being done by the alloy fusion method by gmaw process in which the flux cored wire is used for cladding on the job. The satelliteinconal material is being used to weld upon the job by gmaw welding process. The total weld cycle is programmed by teaching method by studying pre-determined weld area and its being synchronized with the rotation, the ‘weld’ and ‘no-weld’ area are precisely pre-programmed to achieve continuous welding without any manual intervention through programmable logic controller with servo based two axes system with oscillator. The system is integrated with panasonic welding source wire feeder combination to give consistent weld puddle. The plc ensures continuous automation cycle to synchronize the table and the weaving unit
