SHEET BUTT WELDERS
The manual butt welding machine can be used for butt fusion of thermoplastic sheets (e.g. PVC-U, PE-HD, PP, PVDF). The surface of the heating element is Teflon coated. The temperature control system is digital and shows set and real temperature. A digital timer with an acoustic signal (for acoustic time control) is also included in the standard machine. The weld cycle is carried out manually by hand.
...morePipe Welding Machine
Pipe Welding Machine is a plastic welding machine for heating element butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings for various OD. The basic machine has two large aluminium basic clamping tools which are swivelling up to 15° on each side for the fabrication of segmented bends. By screwing in 4 small reduction inserts, a double clamping is obtained at the smaller diameters. For fittings with short legs, a small fitting clamping tool is available. Due to the special construction of the pressure build-up device, the machine can be fixed directly at very short pipe ends on walls and sheets. Due to its light and compact construction as well as due to the horizontal and vertical motion, the machine is ideally suited for use in the pipeline system and for installation work. In the case of stationary use, the machine can be fixed in the vice or at the table support. The light and compact manual planer is operated by means of a ratchet.

Hand welding device
The new, handy and high-performance hand-held welding device from the FORSTHOFF Oval line. Practical and solid design combined with a slim handle ensures ergonomic and non-tiring work. The efficient hot-air welding device for welding all thermoplastics. The Oval Q hot-air welding device is a universal device for welding all thermoplastics. The Oval line is distinguished by its slim, slightly oval-shaped handle. The air filters are easily cleaned by simply removing them from the handle. Carbon brushes with a shut-off device make it possible to protect the collector and these can be changed several times. The double turbine system produces a strong air output of 280 litres/minute. The Oval Q device has a heat output of 1,500 W 230 V or 1,650 W 120 V and has constant and absolutely reliable temperature electronics of up to 700 °C. The air-cooled heating element tube is suitable for numerous differently shaped nozzles. The universal welding device for welding all thermoplastics. Welding of technical textiles, tarpaulin and banner materials, pond foil liners, roofing foils, and foils used in the construction of swimming pools. For repairing automobile tarpaulins and tents, for sealing advertising banners, processing PVC floor coverings and linoleum. For processing all thermoplastic hard materials in the construction of plastics and containers. For shrinking packaging foils and mouldings For separating and fusing synthetic threads and textiles For sterilising packaging materials For removing plastic flashes and shining plastic surfaces. For use in electromechanical work For shrinking shrink tubes, packaging foils For heating for the purposes of deformation of thermoplastic semi-finished products.

...moreAir Heaters
The uncomplicated and sturdy hot air generator for many applications. The air heaters model 3000 and model 5000 can be put to numerous different uses, for example on conveyor belts and in machines. The hot air they generate is used for activating, shrinking, drying and shaping. The air heaters are switchable in 3 stages and can be equipped with different heat outputs with 230 V or 400 V RC offering up to maximum 650 °C.Models 3000 and 5000 require an external air supply by means of fan, side channel blower or compressor. The required air flow amounts to 500 to 1500 litre/minute, depending on the nozzle. It is possible to concentrate and change the air flow by means of different slip-on nozzles so that individual solutions can be created.

...moreheat staking machine
Heat staking is the plastics equivalent of a permanent rivet and involves thermally softening a stake and then forming a rivet-like retaining head under pressure from a cold tool. The most common heat source for this procedure is hot air, and when it is used.
