We manufacture Knitted Panels and Sleeves for your garment. Our panels can be Knitted in various sizes and can incorporate intricate patterns and designs.

Our Knitted Ribs can be used to enhance the style and funcionality of your garment. We can manufacture the ribs with elastic or lycra and offer unparalleled color matching services. This can be used as cleaning, padding, wicking, grease distribution, heat insulation, sealing or polishing. We offer Felt Sleeves and Rollers for multiple applications. Our sleeves have high liquid retention and can sustain high temperaturs and pressures. These properties make them ideal for various applications in Leather, Metal and Textile Processing Industries.

Our Flap wheels can be manufactured in three varities: · Felt alone · Felt and abrasive paper(Emory paper) combo · Felt and leather combo. These Felt Flap Wheels are available in standard sizes of 120 x 20, 120 x 25, 110 x 20. Besides these sizes we can also manufacture them in custom sizes as shown in the photographs above. Our flap wheels are commonly used to polish TPU and TPR Soles and finish Leather goods such as Belts, Bags , Purses and Wallets.

Commonly called “Filz” in Germany, this felted fabric is made out of 100% Wool. It is best used to add warmth to your garment. Additionally different colored patches of Boiled Wool are also used on the leather body of your leather garment as a fashion accessory.

We manufacture Artifical fur prepared out of Synthetic and Woollen yarns. Our Fur can be made in straight pile, lamb imitation pattern as detailed in the below pictures. ​ Leather Garments Our Synthetic Fur is primarily used in Collars and Inner linings of Leather garments. They add both warmth and opulence to your garment.
