The range is offered in a wide range of 4" to 10" shell diameter suitable for load ranging from 1500 kcalhr to 75000 kcalhr (2 hp to 100 hp).heat exchangers transfer heat from a hot fluid to a colder fluid through the combined mechanisms of conduction and forced convection. In most tube heat exchangers, a metal wall separates the two fluids.

Our range of tower furnaces has heat transfer through convection by direct association of the burner on the metal in the bottom section of the tower, and by the ignition gases as they foldaway out the tower past the metal charge. The advantages of the tower furnaces are high efficiency (40%-77%) and low oxidation and metal losses. However the range calls for high capital. Tower furnaces find application in areas such as central melting in die casting, ingot manufacturing, metal recycling etc.

Our range of shell heat exchanger is the type that most usually finds application process plants.the most common type of heat exchanger is found in oil refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for higher-pressure applications. The rotary furnace offered by us delivers brilliant scrap metal recycling. The furnace rotates to a first station for receiving metal-containing scrap, tilts back and rotates again while heating to melt the metal, revolves to a second station where it is stopped and forward tilted to quickly pour off the molten metal into a holding apparatus. The rotary furnace disassembles by hand, scrap goes directly into furnace. The furnace reduces melt loss, energy consumption, flux usage, and labor.

We are offering rbt furnace. Clients can avail from us a very efficient range of rbt furnace that finds application in batch type melting, metal insert casting melting and standby furnaces. The range of rbt furnaces has fuel consumption-90 to 110 lton at 720 deg, metal loss of - 5 % to 8 % and capacity of 300 kghr to 4 tonhr. Further this range of furnace has manual loading with optional auto charger. The fuel used by it is either lpg or propane.
