It is a two bearing free floating vibrating screen which efficiently screens all moderately free flowing materials. The circular throw action is dervied from unbalance weights which are suspended from the vibrator unit and transmit an uniform vibration to screening surface and ensures that material travels over the screening surface at a constant rate. The amplitude of degree of vibration can be adjusted to suit charge of duty by adding or removing unbalance weight plates. Circulars motion ensures rapid stratification at the feed end separates sized product in the shortest possible time. Screen's inclination normally varies between 15 Deg. and 20 Deg. and can can be installed with fixed angle or adjustable bracked arrangement. The motivation is through a unbalanced motor with a double extended shaft, fitted at both ends with eccentric weights .The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the center of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.

STAR TRACE Vibratory Bowl Feeders found extensive application for feeding automatic machine tools with separate blank and for the orientation for small blanks of the most complex configuration. The Vibration principle is employed for rectilinear travel of the blanks along a vibrating chute, for elevating the blanks along the helical ramp of a vertical vibratory conveyor with helical oscillation and for orienting blanks in vibratory-bowl feeders having single or multiple start helical track, or ramps, on the internal surface of a cylindrical bowl to which helical oscillations are imparted. Under the action of the vibrations, the blanks are dispersed over the convex bottom of the bowl towards the walls where they enter the input end of the track along when they travel upward the orienting device allows only the properly oriented blanks to reach the delivery end of the track, all others are dislodged and drop back onto the bottom of the bowl.   CONSTRUCTIONS: Bowls: Bowls have many distinct tooling features built into the basic bowl design, with tracks varying in width and shape to accommodate different types of components. In zone B the materials have a main movement counter clockwise at the perimeter of the mixer. Simultaneously there are movements in the fluidized zone A both up and down, left and right and back and forth, All the time with space between the particles allowing free and random movement. The interaction of the two zones is the key to the unique fore berg mixing Technology as all particles are transported into a highly homogeneous mix. The STAR TRACE mixer is very flexible in filling volume. The model number indicates the NOMINAL filling level i.e., the level just above the rotor shafts, and is not to be mistaken for the total mixing volume. From our nominal filling level of 100% variations from 40% to 140% can be tolerated with the same perfect mixing results. The mixing time may be a few seconds longer than normal when mixing very small or very large batches.
