Sheet feeding Section Intermitted belt conveying system using Servo motor and drive. Adjustment of blank size is done by computer HMI. The bottom friction feed belt works with start and stop motion with synchronize time with the machine chain conveying section. Multiple belts are equipped with gear and rack for easy movement and quick positioning. Fine control for feeder gate height adjustment.  Gluing section Single, high-hardened stainless steel tube roller for glue application. The glue roller can be adjusted for glue thickness with the help of sliding block. The stereo cylinder is hard chrome coated and with marking for easy fixing of stereo rubber. The stereo cylinder can be moved left or right, forward or backward to set the glue position accurately without stopping the machine. Glue roller can be pulled out for easy cleaning. Control System The machine works with PLC, HMI and servo control. All electronic components and detector are made from France, German, Taiwan, Japan etc,.  Delivery section Soft belt conveying can prevent product damage, Motorised belt conveyor for even overlapping ensuring perfect quality.

Feeder Section Designated A/C motor with micro-adjustable variable speed controller for even spacing of box blanks; Individual adjustable feed belts (four of which are suction belts) ensure easy setup and smooth feeding; Motorized embossing roller guiding the belts to transport sheet.  Side-Alignment Section The side-alignment section guarantees the stability of high speed sheet feeding between the feeder and lock bottom section.  Conveyor Compression Section Two operation modes of compressing belt speed; Pneumatic pressing system for easy adjustment to increase the gluing effect.

Feeding Unit Independent servo control motor instead of traditional clutch control system was adopted for intermittent belt conveying. Intermittent delivery distance can be adjusted according to the length of the paper. Paper feeding from the bottom, realized continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine. Compared with traditional machines, the increase of excessive paper production mechanism is more stable.  Gluing Unit Single high-hardness stainless steel tube rollers transmit the glue. The tube rollers are equipped with a sliding block which can quickly regulate glue thickness. Flexible template gluing is adopted, and the template shop can be engraved according to product requirements. The roller for template installation is graved with a base line, and the template installation is accurate, convenient and quick. Left and right position for gluing can be adjusted freely. Front and back position are adjusted with an adjusted which can adjust front, back, left and right position for gluing without shutdown. When being cleaned and maintained, the glue device can be pulled out. It can be cleaned and maintained more conveniently.

Bottom Paper Feeding Both bottom feeding part adopt lead edge feeding, the wheels use unidirectional bearing (reduce the wear of rubber wheels). The wide rubber wheels ensure that the E, F, and G corrugated does not deform. Top Sheet Feeding Mechanism Equipped with high speed feeder, and together with Becker vacuum pump. The front and rear of feeder are controlled by the servo motor. After input paper size, it will be automatically positioned. Both paper lifting and forwarding sucker can freely adjust to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly and smoothly. Electrical System Mainly using Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen. Automatic Lubrication System Lubricate the bearing regularly to prolong the service life of the bearing and save the cost.
