Wet Scrubber is designed for collecting dust from engineering workshops, foundries, mines and stone working sites. Wet Scrubbers are of medium pressure type and is suitable for flows ranging between 6000- 72000 cubic metre per hour. TVACS wet Scrubbers are tailor made to suit customer’s requirements and it has high collecting efficiency. The dust is collected in the form of slurry.

TV ventilation systems are well designed to satisfy the client’s expectations in providing a comfortable working atmosphere. Centrifugal blowers and axial flow fans are used to exhaust air from the department and supply air to the department. Roof extractors are the most efficient to exhaust hot air from the department. It comprises of axial flow fan, rain protection cowl and Flashing sheet to prevent water to enter inside the department. The roof extractor size ranges from dia 500 to 1000 mm.

Vaccum cleaning unit is a precipitator for purifying air in industrial plants. This system is particularly well adapted for separating leather, sugar, grain or similar kinds of dust.

Fume extraction system are installed to prevent spreading of hot fumes inside the department. It generally consists of centrifugal blowers or axial flow fans , extraction hood, transport duct and Collector.

These systems are tailor made to meet the customer’s requirements.  TV Centrifugal Fans are designed to give high efficiency and low air noise so as to meet the client’s requirements. These Blowers have vast usage in foundry, packaging industries, textile humidification plants, power plants, engineering industries, chemical industries, pumping stations, nuclear plants, cement industries, glass industries, automobile industries etc.  TV centrifugal fans cover a wide range of air quantities upto 2,30,000 cubic metre per hour.  TV blowers can be designed and manufactured for different applications and ranges of pressure- Low pressure blowers(upto 250 mm WG), medium pressure blowers( upto 500 mm WG) and high pressure blowers(upto 1200 mm WG).  TV centrifugal blowers comes with different impeller designs for different applications: Backward curved blades Straight radial blades.  The impellers are precision balanced for smooth and vibration less running.  These impellers are highly efficient and has excellent self cleaning properties.  TV blowers can be supplied in Arr A( direct driven) ,Arr. B ( belt driven) and Arr.C(direct coupling).  Fans are available in MS, SS and FRP as per Client’s requirements.  TV Blowers are manufactured in various orientations based on the client’s requirements.

 TV Axial Flow Fans are designed to cover wide range of air flow capacity and pressures so as to suit.  Problems such as general ventilation, fume exhaust and removal of hotspots can be solved.  TV fans cover a wide range of air quantities from 3000 cubic meter per hour to 40000 cubic metre per hour.  TV fans have cast aluminium alloy impellers with high efficiency aero-foil section blades.  These Impellers are statically and dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration free operation.  TV Axial flow fans are manufactured in single phase and three phase based on the design.  TV Axial flow fans are tailor made to suit Client’s requirements.  TV Axial flow fans can be supplied in AD(Duct mounting), AW (wall mounting) and BD (belt driven) arrangements.
