APPLICATIONS The suction diffuser mounts to the suction side of a pump In either a horizontal or vertical position. It is designed to remove any foreign matter that may be hazardous to the pump or other system components, while providing the proper flow conditions to the pump. Where space is limited, the suction diffuser can be used as an elbow or sometimes even as a reducing elbow with a built in strainer for easy maintenance and system performance  CONSTRUCTIONS Reduces installation costs by replacing the Strainer, elbow, and entry pipe on the suction side of the pump. Integral straightening vanes ensure uniform flow to the suction inlet of the pump. Minimal pressure drop (oversized body & screen) Perforated stainless steel screen with a 40 mesh Stainless steel removable start-up sleeve to help promote a cleaner more trouble free system. Bolted cover plate standard. Supporting pads on the diffuser body offer easy mounting of standard I.D. support foot. Tapping for inlet and outlet differential connections Optional. Drain connection with plug standard. 

eleflo storage tanks are manufactured to cater to storage of any liquid. Depending on what is to be stored and conditions prevailing rubber lined storage tanks, Insulated tanks can be supplied. Both Vertical tanks and horizontal tanks can be fabricated. Rectangular tanks and cylindrically shaped tanks can me manufactured. A variety of mounting and manway options are also made available.

APPLICATIONS Oil, Steam, Water, gas and vapour  OPERATION These strainers consist of a Basket strainer with a motorized scrubber to clean the filter element. These strainers are normally mounted off line. They are installed on lines where continues operation is required without isolation of the strainer for cleaning during operation. A motor operating at around 2 rpm is coupled with a scrubber. When the filter starts to choke the pressure drop across the strainer increase. onece the pressure drop reaches a certain point, the motor may be switched on and the drain valve at the bottom may be opened. The motor operates the scrubber brush, which cleans the filter inner side from debris. The debris collects as the bottom the strainer and is fleshed not through the drain valve. The motor can be switched off once the filter is cleaned and the drain valve can be closed. The entire operation can be auto motorized by use of a DP switch, motorized drain valve, timer and a count roller. Fully automatic strainer can be supplied by Teleflo as specific request. Whether proof, explosion proof motors and control panels are available.  

Teleflo Softener tanks are made of carbon steel and are rubber lined to provide for brine distribution. Design is as per ASME SECTION VIII DIV I. Rubber lining is done to customer specification wherever required and spark test is conducted to ensure zero leakage on to the parent material. Large size tanks can be provide with a retainer plate on the bottom side and the bottom dish can be filled with concrete for reinforcement. Teleflo engineers have the expertise to design pressure Vessels to ASME section VIII codes. We have welders qualified upto 6 G position Radiography welding can be done as per customers needs. Pressure vessels upto 4 meter Dia meter and 25 meter length can be manufactured. Thickness of vessel that can be handled is 32mm. Fabrication and welding is done strictly as per code. Teleflo has qualificed skilled workers for fabrication, welding and painting of vessels. Third party inspection by Llydods, bureau Veritias, TUV, DNV and any other agency as called for by the customer can be done. We can manufacture, reactor vessels, Softner tanks, Deaerator tanks as per Teleflo design or custom made to Customer requirement..

Duplex arrangement ensures that when one strainer chokes the flow gets diverted through another strainer and the choked striner can be cleaned and ready for use when the next strainer chokes. Free straining area is minimum 6 times pipe CS area. BASKETS 6mm hole dia perforated outer filter element lined with 40 mesh inner filter element is standard. Other filter elements can also be supplied on request. Outer filter element provides for strength of the filter screen and the mesh is spot welded to provide for adequate strength. 

These tanks are similar to softener tanks in construction except that a bell mouth arrangement or strainer plate arrangement may be provided depending on customer design requirement. Back wash nozzles are also provided.
