RUBBER BONDED ABRASIVE SLITTING WHEELS for cutting Tungsten rods for Contact Points. U-Tech’s Tungsten cutting wheels are typically made to size of 180 x 0.42 x 25.4mm. (Dia. x Thickness x Bore) These wheels are manufactured to close tolerances, allowing precision dimension to be obtained while cutting off. The wheels are operated with good coolant flow and this provides a clean, burr free, cutting without any burn marks and without changing the properties of the material being cut. The wheels offer free cutting and this increases the speed of cutting without any taper cut, resulting in increase of both productivity & quality.
