The air required for the aeration tank will be supplied through air blower connected to grid piping. The Bio media in contact with the sewage wastewater allows for the microorganisms to attach to the media and digest the sewage as it passes by. The organic matter attached to the media reduces the amount of solids in suspension. The media also acts as biological filter that filters organic matter. The benefits of attached growth are typically a smaller footprint and higher level of treatment. Sludge (biosolids) build up for removal and disposal will vary dependent on the specific attached growth technology selected. The bioreactors used for this technology is called Fluidized bed bio reactor (FBBR)/ Moving Bed Bioreactors (MBBR) then sewage water sent to settling tank for removal of sludge settled at bottom. Carbonation System draws the chilled process water at 2° C from the Chiller. The chilled water enters in to the CO² Injector. CO² gas will be injected at the ventury of Injector unit. Chilled water and CO² gas used to mix at required level due high pressure pump. Then the CO² mixed water enter into the carbonation tank for proper mixing. The carbonation tank is designed for better further mixing of gas and water. The special type internal cascade plate construction inside this tank ensures that quality of final product. Regulators are provided at both CO² lines to monitor the required pressure of gas, ensuring uniformly in the quality of carbonated water. A safety valve on the tank releases excess pressure developed into the atmosphere. Due to the cascade plate construction, the final product gas volume is as per require standard. That is 4 to 6 Volumes. The low & high level electronic indicators are provided at both the tanks. These indicators interlinked with the high pressure pump and chiller plant for continuous smooth operation. Labeling work should start after reach the room temperature of the bottles.   PULP PROCESSING LINES The quality fruits are dumped in the hopper by manual, which is kept out of the plant. The dumped fruits are passes to the belt conveyor from bottom of the hopper for cleaning. The fruits are cleaned and shaved by manual and removal particles have to be collected in the separate bins instead throwing on the floor. Then the cleaned mangos are sent to the hot water tank for complete washing. The washed fruits are transferred to the pulp processing unit by way of screw conveyor. After crushing the wastages and nuts are removed by way of another screw conveyor and dumped in the bin which is positioned at outside of the plant. The Pulp is transferred to storage tank after filtration from the processing unit. The filtered pulp is collected in another tank. The filtered pulp goes to the tanks for the stirrer operation. The final pulp after stirrer used to pack in the different size of containers.
