H GRADE - eLite Cheese tubes of 155 Gms are a combination of technology together with advantages of lower energy consumption & being feather light in weight! Equivalent to the weight of aluminium pipe, these tubes have a high tensile strength of 160 Kg/mm2 (1550 MPa) against aluminium which has a low tensile strength of 23 Kg/mm2 (222 MPa). Low tensile strength compels aluminium to deformed in a very short period. The reduction in weight to 155 Gms helps in reducing in power consumption of the Looms considerably without effecting performance. The creel load is reduced by almost 60 kg & the shuttle load gets reduced by 600 Gms. As per our study, the reduction will help to save energy of almost 1.5 – 2.5 units per loom per day.
