Main technical design ,behind the performance of pendulum gangsaw machine is the four Articulated Rectilinear Armswhich support the the blade rack frame.These arms are fiction free during operation ,unlike traditional slideway. Thus resulting in a considerable reduction of maintenance cost and elimination of recurring lubricant cost.  

The company offers a Slurry Water Treatment Plant for filtration and recirculation of water in the sawing operations in stone quarries. Steel fabricated water sedimentation tanks ensure crystal clear filtration and re-cycling of water, which is mixed with marble slurry, hence, keeping the environment pollution free. Supply of clean water to the machines enhances fast cutting of stone as well as more production and tool life. The process of filtration involves the collection of slurry mixed water from the machine in an underground tank. Here water is chemically treated by injecting chemical, through a state-of-the-art dozing pump for separation of water from slurry. Then chemically treated water is pumped through heavy-duty slurry pump to conical tank. Here the slurry settles down in the cone of tank and clear water over flows in another tank, which supplies clear, slurry free water to machine. The deposited slurry in conical tank is removed through a heavy-duty sluice valve at the bottom of the tank, directly into truck tanker for disposing slurry at prescribed site, in order to maintain pollution free environment. Filter press which totally separates water form slurry can be attached on out let of conical tank on request.

The key feature of this machine to make it properly and in short time suitable oven is necessary.The oven for resin polymerization (solidification) is the most important component of a Resin Line, since the positive result of the entire process depends on its effectiveness. It is equipped with GAS or Electrical heating system that generates warm air flows which make the resin harden uniformly upon the surface of the slabs. The Polymerization Unit of the “LAXMI Resin Line” boast of a huge stocking capacity as per requirement so that, after the fiber-net has been positions and the resin has been laid, the materials stay inside them for a long time. The smallest stone defects are often hard to be resin-filled. We refer to the so-called “micro-cracks”, “micro-fissures” and “diagonal narrow veins”. In order to improve the resin penetration inside all the cavities, the vacuum technology represents a valid solution The Vacuum Chambers are auxiliary machines designed to impregnate with resin the stone thicknesses. Once the resin has been applied onto the slabs and strips surface, the Conveyor Trays enter one by one inside the Vacuum Chamber, the doors of which continuously shut and re-open
