Designed for LPG firing, we offer premium Bogie Hearth furnaces. Here by implementing gas firing we insulate the furnace using ceramic fiber module lining. These furnaces have walls, roof and also have movable bogie hearth. Here Bogie can be placed on wheels to move manually or mechanically using winch mechanism. In this system the door sealing is provided by butting door lining and collar lining. In addition to this hearth brick to brick sealing is provided by stepped lining and bogie have stand sealing arrangements all over bogie sides except front or side. With batch type design, typically an electrically-driven, insulated car is used to move a load into and out of the furnace. Often, a double-ended furnace (door at each end) is used with two cars so that turnaround time on the Aluminum Homogenizing furnace is reduced, thus maximizing production.The alternative to the car bottom design for the batch type units, is the tray design. With this design, the load tray rests on a series of support posts inside the furnace. This type of Aluminum Homogenizing furnace utilizes a pair of fixed load bases to support the load. When the cycle is completed on base no. 1, the furnace moves into position over the second load base and immediately begins heating a new load. The previous load is allowed to cool and then unloaded and replaced with a new load. This can all be accomplished before the next homogenizing cycle is completed. A traveling furnace provides savings in floor space since the two load bases require significantly less floor space than a double ended stationery Aluminum Homogenizing furnace with two load cars.
