Bio Mass Briquettes
100 Metric Ton (MOQ)
What is bio-mass briquettes? bio-mass briquettes are made of the agriculture waste, forest waste & industrial waste. it is been converted into solid cylindrical shape. the major residues can be used are saw dust, tamarind shell, coffee husk, groundnut husk, sugarcane baggasse, coir pitch, bamboo dust, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, etc. briquettes are only the bindings. Means it is made from residues and gives high calorific value. the technology that binds the wastage is called the binder less technology. it does not require any kind of binder or chemical/adhesive. many of the developing countries have now diversified to promote this technology, because it has low pollution and easy to use . briquettes are widely used for steam generation in boilers, heating purposes etc., as a fuel, bio-mass briquettes / white coal are giving best results in all type of industries. briquettes are ready substitute of lignite/coal/wood in industrial boilers and brick kiln for the thermal application. bio-mass briquettes are non-conventional source of energy, eco-friendly, renewable in nature, non-polluting and economical. it is made through binder less technique without use of any type of chemical so that its 100% natural. briquettes have high specific density (1200 kg/m3) and bulk density (800 kg/m3) compared to 60 to 180 kg/m3 of loose biomass. these can withstand the stocks of long distance transport, loading/unloading and transportation costs are much less, and storage requirement is drastically reduced. compared to fire wood or loose biomass, briquettes give much higher boiler efficiency because of low moisture and higher density. use of bio coal is increasing day by day and has very demandable market, due to its fuel cost saving pollution free characteristic
