The industrial chillers we offer are built in closed stainless steel tanks. The rigid steel frame construction has a power coating finish and hence is weather resistant. It is designed to maximise exchanger efficiency. The heat exchanger is of coaxial type and uses copper tubes in a coiled tube in tube arrangement. This arrangement maximises heat transfer rate with minimum pressure drop. To further increase heat transfer efficiency, a counter flow pattern is used that achieves maximum temperature difference.

Air Cooled Chillers

Water Chillers are utillized for various applications in different industries like Foundries, Machine Tools, Plastics, Chemicals, Metal Cutting etc. Our Compact Super Chiller series are available in both air-cooled and water cooled versions. They are designed and manufactured with the latest engineering expertise to maintain precise temperature as per process requirements year round. Compact Super Chiller units are completely factory assembled, wired, tested and shipped as a single package ready for installation. They can be charged with either refrigerant R-22 or R-134a / R-407C as per customer requirements. These units are equipped with microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller.   Chillers are available from 0.5 TR to 1 00 TR in capacity.  The system features single as well as multiple refrigerant circuits. Multiple circuits are completely separate where-in each circuit operates independently ensuring a residual service in case of fault in one of the circuits and for maximum energy efficiency during part load conditions. The combination of Hermetic Compressors and Brazed PHE‘s ofthe latest generation offer high energy efficiency there by saving on power cost.
