Our portable biogas plants are available in varies sizes from 0.5cum to 10 cum.They have been designed in such a way that it can be installed in roof top as well as besides the building. It is maintenance free product. If the plants are installed in sunlight these plants yield more gas. It is fully made of Fiber reinforced plastics and it has life span of min 15 years. This plants help to prevent the tendency of throwing waste materials into road. Bio-slurry generated from this plant can be used as liquid fertilizer by mixing 3 times water. This plant helps the family to save min 10 LPG cylinders per annum. There is no risk of fire and explosion when using these plants. By using this biogas we can avoid methane getting released into the atmosphere.

The Biowaste management is a big problem for all the institutions like Corporate Companies, College Hostels, Hospitals, Hotels etc...These institutions find it difficult to dispose the canteen or food waste generated in their premises. We have a solution for all this problems by developing a bio waste treatment plant where the Biowaste is converted into cooking gas in the form of biogas. Fairly large quantities of firewood and other cooking fuels are consumed for routine cooking purposes. Our company is keen to educate these institutions about the advantage of using non-conventional energy sources. The biogas generated will sufficiently reduce the regular consumption of other cooking fuels like firewood and LPG.

Organic Waste such as cattle dung, food and vegetable wastes, human waste, press mud, sago waste water have been one of the main energy sources for the mankind since the dawn of civilization. There is a vast scope to convert these energy sources into biogas. Biogas production is a clean low carbon technology for efficient management and conversion of fermentable organic wastes into clean cheap & versatile fuel and bio/organic manure. It has the potential for leveraging sustainable livelihood development as well as tackling local and global land, air and water pollution. Biogas obtained by anaerobic digestion of cattle dung and other loose & leafy organic wastes can be used as an energy source for various applications namely, cooking, heating, space cooling/ refrigeration, electricity generation and gaseous fuel for vehicular application. The purity of biogas is more than 90% Methane and compressed to 150 bar pressure for filling in cylinders. The purified biogas is filled in CNG cylinder and supplied to mid-day meal scheme, mess, Hotel, industries etc. for various purposes such as cooking & heating etc. Calorific value of purified biogas is equivalent / similar to CNG. As a matter of fact, the biogas bottling plants are one of the most potent tools for mitigating climatic change by preventing black carbon emission from biomass Chula since biogas is used as a cooking fuel and methane emissions from untreated cattle dung and organic wastes are also avoided.
