KCPL Vanes, housing parts and rotors made of Carbon and Graphite materials are suitable components for dry running rotary compressors and vacuum pumps. These materials are used for high volume production of complete vane pumps. Due to their high mechanical strength, Vanes can withstand very high peripheral speeds.

Base materials are Carbon Graphite and Resin Bonded Graphite, also manufactured with special impregnations (Antimony Copper Resin) depending upon the applications. The range of applications includes wet running, mixed and dry running. Carbon Graphite grades have very good dry running properties, particularly suited for dry as well as wet running applications in media with poor lubricating properties.
