Waste plastic foils and dirt foils are been recycled nowadays. In this process, washing of these foils is not an easy job. It consumes lot of labors and time too. To overcome this great deal, JAAT R & D have designed and developed a concept with a machine. This machine washes the foil with friction and hydro pressure. It also washes foils and delivers 500-550kgshr. Mostly the dirt will have oil stains. To remove them, the first drum will work with detergent and the second with pure water. This machine helps to recycle the waste plastic foils in a bearable cost of production.
