The Nylon or extruded cast nylon is a very popular polymer due to its excellent sturdiness that is comparable to steel. Its weight is equal to that of water and its appearance is similar to that pearl & life of rock. The modulus elasticity of the Nylon material and its high tension strength makes it a perfect material for different types of slipper pads, guides, sprocket, wheels, pulleys, cones & nozzles, spacers, wear plates and other material. It can withstand all types of c chemicals, alkali, dilutes acids or oxidizing agents. The higher weight of the Cast Nylon decreases both the inertial and static loads, thereby making it easy to handle large components during maintenance or replacement procedures.
