Note: Vibro form Table cement tile is having two layers, first Color Mix layer and Second one Base mix.1. Prepare color mix by pan mixer with Color Pigments, Cement, Sand & Granite Chips as per ratio.2. Prepare Base Mix by Concrete Mixer / Pan mixer with Cement, Sand and Granite Chips.3. Pour measured color mix into the rubber mould and place it on the first Vibro form Table Machine, by the Special type of vibration the mould automatically moves to the end of the machine.4. Fill the mould with base mix and pass through the second Vibro form Table machine.5. Collect rubber moulds from the end of second Vibro form Table machine with a plain sheet for normal.drying for 6 to 12 hours ( time will vary as per climate conditions)6. Strip out the tiles from the moulds after drying.

PAVER BLOCK MAKING PROCESS:Paver making by Vibrating Table method with semi automatic raw material feeding.In this method we can manufacture paver by using PVC Moulds to any shape & size and color. The manufacturing process as follows;1.RAW MATERIAL2.RAW MATERIAL FEEDING3.BLOCK MAKING4.CURING THE BLOCKS RAW MATERIAL: A.SAND / CRUSHER DUST B.CEMENT C.BABY CHIPS D.DYES AS PER COLOR REQUIREMENT E.CURING AGENT ( FOR FAST CURING OF BLOCKS) RAW MATERIAL FEEDING: SAND / CRUSHER DUST: - Will be stored in a Bin and feeding to the mixing hopper through a roller conveyer. The roller conveyers carry the material to the measuring box attached above the mixture. CEMENT :- Will be feuded through the above conveyer itself. BABY CHIPS : - Will be stored in a Bin and feeding to the mixing hopper through a roller conveyer. The roller conveyers carry the material to the measuring box attached above the mixture. DYES:- Directly feuded manually to the mixture CURING AGENT :- Directly feuded manually to the mixture – if required. MACHINERY SET-UP FOR BLOCK MAKING : Basically we are using 2 mixtures and 3 vibrating tables for Block making. The primary mixture is for top layer mix which contains the color and the secondary mixture will carry normal concrete. The size of the vibrating table is 3000mm length x 750mm width. Basically we are using 3 tables to give better strength to the blocks manufactured. Raw material Mixing process: MIXTURE – 1 : This mixture having capacity of 250 kgs . The mixing ratio of the raw material is given below. After mixing the mixture will be feuded to the PVC mould manually ( see the attached video). This mix will give you better finishing and strength to the blocks.MIXTURE – 2 : This mixture having capacity of 500 kgs . The mixing ratio of the raw material is given below. After mixing the mixture will be feuded to the PVC mould manually ( see the attached video) on top of the Ist layer mix. This mix will give you rough finishing on the bottom of the brick to give better paving on the floor. The plant capacity varies from 1500 m3 to 2500 m3 / shift of 8 hrs After 24 hrs all the moulds will be de-molded and cleaned for next day molding. The de-moulded blocks are stacked one-up-one for sales.
