A modular compressed air system to meet the requirements of your PET bottle application: BOGE FLEXPET has been designed for total flexibility and convenience. The individual components can be assembled on-site according to specific requirements and the prevailing site conditions.   A screw compressor generates air to 11 bar which is then dried to a   Pressure dew point of -40°C. These compressors are specifically designed for pet blowing machines. In order to achieve very high quality of pure air (low on humidity). we have come up with a design, which combines radiator, water cooled after cooler, moisture separator and other accessories to remove as much of water as possible, before it reaches the receiver. Because of this unique combination, we are able to bring the temperature of the air from 100-110ºC to a mere 35 ºC (almost room temperature) by the time it reaches the receiver, thereby, increasing the life of the dryer by 100%.
