Located in coimbatore, supplier of high precision machined components by cnc vmc, cnc turning centers, precision drilling & reaming of components manufactured in brass, en1a, en353, ss, hss, aluminium and zinc die cast materials. Specialised in hard part turning , boring, ball turning &
titanium elbows, tantalum screws & sub millimeter hole drilling for nozzles and aero space components.
we have imported six cnc turning centers form m/s hwacheon korea, model cutex160 & also a vertical machining center from “feeler, taiwan model fv1300, the table capacity of 1300x610x600, with coolant through spindle facility & cnc 4th axis – hydraulic tailstock with face plate & with 18.5 kw power & 1000 kg table load.
They are now commissioned for production.
With the above additions, we shall be having eight cnc turning centers & one vmc, apart from 15 gd weiler capstan lathes, 12 eifco drilling machines, 2 automats, 2 centerless grinding machines and a hmt tool & cutter grinder and also scores of other supporting machines in a 8000 sq. Ft. Building.
our instrumentation is also augmented with a mitutoyo 2d height gauge lh600dg & a surface roughness tester sj201p along with the necessary basic measuring instruments.
We have installed a backup genset for running all the machines.
