To get the quality of two-ply Coir yarn from the Coconut Fiber, we have to use the following Machines. Willowing machine cleans the wet Fiber. The Fiber is formed in sliver form to use the Slivering machines and to spin as Coir yarn by the Coir Spinning Machine. To get the quality of yarn the basic raw material , Coir Fiber should be good. Enriched Coir Pith Manure After 45 days we added Panchagavya, Neem Cake, Vermi wash and Vermi composting with proper ration. After 60 days we will check the material quality with various parameters. After all process we Screened and packed. We are maintaining 40 to 50% moisture.

After extraction coconut husk, we are getting coir fiber and coir pith .After that we converted and enriched coir pith manure with various processes. We added nitrogen resource and Mush room seeds. We pour the water for 40 days to 45 days. We should maintain 200% moisture. After 45 days we added Panchagavya, Neem Cake, Vermi wash and Vermi composting with proper ration. After 60 days we will check the material quality with various parameters. After all process we Screened and packed. We are maintaining 40 to 50% moisture.

Coir Pith Block It is known for its excellent soil conditioning properties and is therefore being extensively used as a soil-less medium for agri-horticultural purposes. Owing to its moisture retention qualities, this product is appropriate for growing anthuriums and orchids. Coir pith is also known as Coco peat or Coir dust.

Coir Husk Crusher Machine This is first process in De-Fibering Unit. Two rollers are connected with Gear Box and Motor. In between two rollers , we are feeding the husk with help of Movable Conveyer system. The spikes are fixed with the rollers.(Nearly 400 spikes in each rollers).So automatically the husk hardness will be reduced ,but the fiber will not be damaged.
