This machine is used to untwist the coir rope into loose curled coir fibre. It has a capacity to untwist coir rope upto 250 kgs per hour.  

Turbo Cleaner is utilized to clean the coir fiber, and remove from it hard ends, knots and pith. It is specially designed with high speed revolving action and friction thereby yielding very good results. 

  Used as a suppressor & moisture retainer. This product is widely used for outdoor gardening purposes and also in indoor pots. Tree mats - Available in both rubberised coir & needled coir. Density vary from 350 g/m2 - 1200 g/m2, Thickness vary from 3 mm - 15 mm. Slits & holes can be executed as per customer's requirements. Adding colour is optional.   Coir fiber nets can be used to prevent soil erosion while it makes no harm to the environment as it decays naturally. Coir fiber net is used as a blanket to avoid soil erosion and acceleration of slope lands.

Rubberized Coir Sheet Machine: It is a machine that processes systematically, the coir fibre with the latex for manufacturing Rubberized Coir Fleeces of 1” thickness. These fleeces are piled to make the mattress and other allied items. This state-of-the-art machine has speed controls throughout and is fully automatic. It is manufactured in 3 different capacities - 1 meter width, wherein you can process a maximum width up to 3 feet, 1.4 meter width up to 4 feet and 2.2 meter width up to 6.5 feet.

The Rubberised coir sheet, gives the required insulation & flexibility to the Spring mattress. Can produce in varying densities from 600 g/m2 upward with thickness 4 - 6 mm upwards to suit customer's requirements. Popular quality is density 1000 - 1200 g/m2 with thickness 10 - 15 mm.

Revolving Screener is designed for filtering pith and dust. Decorticated fiber is thrown into the smaller end of the screener and as the machine revolves at specified slow speed, the fiber travels to the other large opening shedding pith and dust which drop down. Filtered fiber comes out of the larger end automatically. 

High quality combine mattress with a combination of Rubberised coir sheet with Natural latex foam covered by organic cotton quilted cover. Available in various fabric types & quilt designs. Total combined thickness 5" upwards. Natural latex foam thickness 3 cm & the other part consist of rubberised coir.

  Neem Powder is the residue obtained from pure neem seed kernels which have been crushed to extract the oil. This powder is an excellent organic fertilizer with high N-P-K values.

  Geo - Textile Netting is made of Natural Coco Fiber in White or Brown Coir (Machine or Hand woven). These nets are used to control Soil - Erosion, at work - sites, road construction areas, river banks etc. as a protective measure / mesh. It can be used as backing for hydroseed spraying.

The De Fibering Machine is an automatic fiber extractor that removes fiber from the husks. It is a safe and hassle-free machine. It helps in simultaneously obtaining Bristle Fiber and Short Mattress Fiber separately.

  Curled Coir is made out of matured brown coir fibre. Before the soaking process, the husks are thoroughly crushed using the Crusher. This results in the soaking time getting reduced to 3 to 4 days. The spiked rollers in the machine are especially designed to increase the efficiency of production.
