Global Hydraulics make powerpacks consists of oil tank with manholes, baffler and painted by polyurethene paint, filler breather, fluid level indicator, pump coupled with electrical motor by a flexible coupling, a solutions strainer, reutrn line fitter, accumulator,& other hydraulice accessories. The pump output to a manifold block, which has a relief valve, Directional control valves and other control valves mentioned on it.The Control valves are suitably interconnected in manifold block according to hydraulic circuitry, thereby achieving compaction, reduce noise level, easy accessibility for maintenance of all the valves and if required we can easily remove the valves from the block by loosening the mounting bolts. The pressure outlets are provided with enough space to dismantle the pipelines or hoses.A Pressure gauge mounting bracket is fitted at the top of the tank with a pressure gauge and an isolator or gauge snubber to visualize the system pressure.Baffle plated are provided to separate pump suction and return lines. Heaters and coolers are mounted besides the tank to maintain the oil temperature within the maximum permissible limits. Thermostat controllers to this effect, if essential and temperature indicators are to be provided. The above facility is provided mainly based on customer's approval. The critical high pressure pump, valves, and other hydraulic elements will be procured from famous & reputed companies such as REXROTH, VICKERS, BOSCH, YUKEN, POLYHYDRON, HYDAX, HYDROLINE, HYDRAMATIC, HYDAC from India as well as KOMPASS, ATOS from worldwide companies. The electrical components used in control panels are made of reputed companies such as SIEMENS, L&T, BOHMEN extra.

We are specialized in fabricating a diverse range of two wheeler lifts which is at par with international standards. These lifts are very safe and require low maintenance. Also, these are available in both scissor and parallelogram type with different specifications. Both lifts are duly coated with powder which gives them high durability. These two wheeler lifts are provided with high lifting capacity of about 200kg and 150 kg respectively.

Designed in accordance to international quality standards, we also offer premium auto control systems. In our designed auto control system, the furnace molten metal temperature is precisely controlled by using a control panel and the burner is operated with pilot burner system with sequence controlling activity. Intially the blower start and the ignition in the pilot burner start working and then the fuel valve is opened. Once the fuel valve is opened the combustion continuous. It is to be noted that here High/Low firing is implemented. It consist of crucible cover plate, that is fixed so that the level of molten metal in the crucible always remain low. A mechanical fiber sealing is also provided on crucible top from combustion gases escaping in between crucible top collar insulation.
