We wish to introduce ourselves, as the manufacturer of Interlocking Paver Blocks. We “UNIVERSAL PAVERS” a partnership concern was formed in the year 1997. Both the partners are qualified Civil Engineers, involved in the Construction industry for the past 15 Years in Coimbatore. In order to diversify the Business activity, we have spent nearly six months for the R & D works.
The factory is situated one in Vadavalli via to Maruthamalai Temple in Coimbatore, with semi Automatic Machines with a capacity of 2,000 S.ft. productions per shift. Another Second Unit in Madurai, fully Automatic Machines with a capacity of 5,000 S.ft productions per shift for both Conventional and Designer (Reflective) Paver.

We are able to achieve M60 Grade strength Blocks in our Machine. Varying thickness Ranging 60mm,80mm & 100mm thick Blocks can be produced and also Kerb blocks for retaining wall can be produced. The blocks are manufactured by High Density machinery with Double Vibrator and Hydraulic press. By using cement and aggregates that strictly comply with Standard Specifications of BS 6717 & IS 15658:2006.

We have 2000KN compression Testing machine supplied by AIMIL in our premises itself. Curing, stacking and delivery are properly monitored. So far we have supplied 50,00,000 Sq.ft Blocks with the order ranging from 500 Sq.ft to 1,00,000 Sq.ft. Our Valuable Customers including HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, Reliance, Essar Oil Company, CPWD, PWD, Airport (Trichy & Coimbatore), HADP Ooty, Coimbatore Corporation, Textile Mills, Industries & Foundries.
We keep quality, Time and also smooth customer relationship. Even we attend smaller Repair works of paver blocks without any hesitation, to keep our customer base.
Since the year of 2000 we have Supplied and laid more than 100 outlets of Conventional Paver and 25 outlets of Designer Paver belongs to HPCL R.O itself. We have completed the works, As per the Specifications of HPCL and kept the officials satisfactory. Here with we are enclosing some Purchase orders and a list of outlets which we have supplied and laid Interlock pavers. We also done more than 100 outlets of IOCL all over Tamilnadu in the name of our sister Concern, M/s Bharath Pavers has been a registered Vendor in IOCL.
