This unique process makes it ideally suitable for use in concrete shuttering and frame work by Architects, Civil Contractors and other Quality and coast Conscious Professionals. Globe Concrete Shuttering is having strong load bearing capacity which prevents swelling during shuttering works. It conforms to IS 4990:1993. Globe Shuttering Plywood offers high re-usable value under careful and proper handling.   Specific Gravity: 0.68 GMS/CC     missible Spans : To access and calculate the maximum permissible span without causing undue deflection. The following data is recommended per sq.Mtr. i.e 1:270 viz.(1/270 of the span between the bearers if wet boards are used, the maximum load must be reduced to 75%)

It is given permanent preservative treatment by vaccum impregnation with fine type of preservative. This treatment makes the Globe Marine Ply highly resistant to attack from destruction by borers and other wood – destroying organisms in saline water conditions and posses high impact strength which stand to IS 710: 2010. Globe Flush Door is a premium product Made from high class selected veneers, well seasoned wood and is bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin manufactured at our Resin Plant to ensure solidness and rigidness. Globe Flush Door can be easily painted or polished as it has a smooth and flawless surface finishing. To improve natural durability of the Globe Flush Door, chemical treatment is being given and is pressed under high pressure and temperature to make the flush door resistant to termites, wood borers and cyclic changes. Globe Flush Door is ideally suitable for both indoor and outdoor, domestic homes and commercial establishments. It is manufactured confirming to IS : 2202 (Part- 1) : 1999 and it is available in three types – one side decorative, both side decorative and non-decorative.
