For Drill height adjustment-adjustable Sleeves Type Din 6327 with MT-2 Taper will be provided. (Max drill size 17.5 mm with MT2 taper shank) Machine will be equipped with automatic loading of the pipe from loading table to the V-Block for drilling. Machine will have Manual/semi-auto and Automatic Mode Selection in operation. In manual mode, individual functions of the machine can be operated manually during initial machine setup. After machine setup is completed, it can be run in Semi auto or Automatic-mode by selecting Semi auto or Auto Mode Automatic cycle sequence is as below. Positioning of the pipe. Clamping of the pipe. Slide up with rapid movement till the drill point. Coolant ON & Slide up with feed movement to drill the pipe on one side.

Direct paddy drum seeder has eliminated the need of transplantation and hours of manual work which will literally break the back of the farmers involved in sowing the paddy seeds to the field. At one stretch with single operator effort, it covers 8 rows of 20 cm row to row spacing at a time. Made up of plastic material, which makes it easy. Salient features ο labour cost is reduced drastically. ο uniformity in seed sowing and plant population. ο continuous drilling of seeds is eliminated. ο reduction in seed rate and thinning cost. ο crop matures 7-10 days earlier than transplanted paddy. ο light in weight and easy to handle. ο an area of 1 field preparation ο field must be well puddled and leveled. ο wate must be drained out atleast 24 hrs before sowing to form hardslurry pan of puddle soil. ο at the time of sowing, only paper thin of water should be maintained in the puddled field. ο water should be flooded to the puddled field once in three days after sowing and drained out immediately. ο this practice must be continued for 12 days. Thereafter depending upon the height of the seeding, water should be allowed to stand in the field. Operation procedure ο after assembling, fill the drums with pre-germinated seeds. Remember only two-third of the drum are to be filled at a time. ο close the mouth with the knob provided. ο pull the seeder manually at a normal walking speed (1 kmh) in the backward position as in the photo. ο the wheel impression in the first pass will server as a maker. ο in the second pass the wheel should pass on the same wheel impression of the previous pass to maintain the row-to-row spacing of 20 cm. ο occasionally watch the dropping of the seeds through the holes of the seeder . ο refill the drum when it reaches one fourth capacity. ο continue the seeding operation.
