Chana Masala is a balanced combination of more than 19 spices. It’s a very common Masala used day to day by Indian housewives. The white Kabuli Gram are cooked with this spices and a thick gravy is the beauty of this dish Ingredients :Coriander, Chilli, Dry Mango, Cumin, Kachri, Tejpattta, Common Salt, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Fennel, Asafoetida, Mace, Mustard Seed, Bishop’s , Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Salt, Cardamom etc.. Recipe : Soak 500grams white chick paste and overnight. Cook and keep aside . heat 3 teaspoon of oil and 2 pcs chopped and potatoes. 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoon ginger paste. 2pcs onion paste. 1 chopped tomato into above mix and fry it. Add 2 teaspoon ‘Swadist Chana Masala’ and Salt as desired now add cooked chick peas and water (as desired) go on boiling for 10 minutes. Serve heat for better taste. 50gms, 100gms.
