Visa steel has established a 250 cubic meter blast furnace with a capacity to produce 225,000 tpa pig iron in 2005. The company commissioned the blast furnace within a record time of 11 months as a greenfiled project. The blast furnace, with state-of-the-art technology from sms demagtrf, has turbo blowers and hot blast stoves which ensure a higher productivity and improved quality parameters.

We are offering sponge iron. Visa steel is operating 2 x 500 tpd direct reduced iron rotary kilns for production of 300,000 tpa sponge iron at kalinganagar industrial complex, odisha, using the proven german slrn technology provided by outotec oyj (formerly lurgi metallurgie gmbh).

We are offering ferro chrome. Visa steel is operating - 6 submerged arc furnaces with a capacity of 180,000 tpa high carbon ferro chrome at kalinganagar in odisha. the plants have been constructed with state-of-the-art technology & equipments to produce high carbon ferro chrome of superior and consistent quality.
