At present the company is working as a service provider by way of providing professional consultancy services for land development, managing contract, construction planning, Valuation of immovable property, feasibility study, preparing detailed project report, evaluating all on going projects & completed projects for cost efficiency. The Company is located in a city which it self is at the center of KARNATAKA STATE. To take the advantage of its location Company is planning to expand there business by venturing in to the Real Estate Business in and around locality. In a recent past the city has seen jump in site rates by about 3 fold.
