A letter and a certificate to this effect should be forwarded by the Head of The Department on the official Letter Head of the Institution. Our name should appear as Provider of the Relevant Material and the phrase "supplied free of cost for Research purposes" should be incorporated in the Research Paper. A free copy of the Research Paper should be forwarded to us by the Institution. In this connection, we have to add - " Yes, we are very tiny in size, but we feel it our duty to provide free of cost material solely and only for Research Purposes as we are Committed for supporting and contributing towards Research and Development for the benefit of the Humanity."
