API Specified 6B Weld Neck Flanges have restricted bores to match standard pipe sizes and schedules. API Spec 6A Specified, 6 BX Weld Neck Flanges, have material and dimensions that conform to the requirements for full bore integral flanges. API Spec 6A does not specify overall length of 6BX Weld Neck Flanges, but instead provides dimensions of specific portions of the flange, with tolerance, that are added together, along with an undefined weld bevel, to achieve a length. Customers may specify weld neck length if required.

Stand Mounted Recorders are available to assist with documenting test performance of equipment being tested with all styles of High Pressure Test Units. These are provided in 15,000, 20,000 and 30,000 PSI models complete recording coverage.

Sara metallic Ring Joint Gaskets are suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. The Joint Gaskets are available in R, RX, BX styles and in oval/octagonal profiles. Sara manufacturers in accordance with specific tolerances on CNC machines. Sara Ring Joint Gaskets fully comply with the ASME B16.20 standard and the API spec 6A requirements (where applicable). Sara is authorized to monogram Ring Joint Gaskets as per API- 6A. The units are manufactured in a variety of standard and special materials.   Prime Features R type (oval and octagonal) solid sections to fit standard ring joint flanges with trapezoidal grooves. Types RX and BX with complex beveled edge sections for wellhead pressures above 700 bar. Combination Gaskets - Used where two flanges of different sizes are to be joined together. Materials Standard: Soft iron, low carbon steel, alloy steels F5 and 410; stainless steels 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 347. Non-standard: high nickel alloys, super alloy steels and other stainless grades. Rubber coated ring joint gaskets - soft iron metal ring joint gaskets are coated with nitrile rubber for testing wellhead assemblies and valves. Rings can be reused and do not damage flange grooves.

The display panels currently used in the accumulator system were first designed in the 1980’s. Due to the level of technology available, the panels were controlled by pneumatic, electrical or both power sources. On pneumatic panels, control was received via valve operation of the cylinders on the Accumulator Unit. Electric lights in the panels functioned as valve indicators. Electrical panels used a system of relays and contacts that were configured to establish the valve operation logic. Easy rig up and rig down these panels functioned well for some time, but contained various intrinsic flaws. As Accumulator Unit safety became increasingly important, the remote panels required quicker response time and the ability to log and diagnose problems before they occurred. Accordingly, a new panel design with faster and smarter control capability was needed. High Pressure Test Units are provided in working pressure ranges from 5,000 to 30,000 PSI. These units are recommended for high pressure testing of BOP stacks, choke and kill lines, Christmas trees and any other type of equipment requiring high pressure static testing. Flanged Crosses and Tees SARA manufactures Flange Crosses and Tees according to the design requirements and face to centerline requirements of API Spec 6A. When specific nominal sizes and combination of nominal sizes do not appear in API Spec 6 A, SARA shall manufacture Studded/ Flanged Crosses and Tees according to the design criteria provided in API Spec 6A

Sara offers Data Headers to provide additional connections for Pressure Gauge, thermowell, and sampling or injection ports. The Data headers allows connection of pressure and temperature monitoring equipment. Sara can offer Data headers specific to the user requirements and with either Hammer union ends or API-6A Flange connections. All Data Headers are supplied with complete test certificates.
