Water Cooled Condensers from 3TR to 200TR capacity. These Condensers are built in a wide variety of sizes from 6 inch to 24 inch in diameter. Length vary from 3 feet to 20 feet over the tube heads.The Condensers are designed for a pressure of 20 Kg per sq.cm gauge on shellside and 7 Kg per sq.cm gauge on water side. They are tested upto 28 Kg per sq.cm gauge on the shell side & 10 Kg. per sq.cm gauge on water side. The Condensers are fabricated as per TEMA ASME unfired pressure vessels codes & ASHRAE standards requirements. Condensers for sea water marine application or with steels shells are also offered & designed as per customer specific requirements.

Abacus offers Shell & Tube type Inter After Coolers for use in multistage compressed air systems. These are designed for direct floor mounting arrangement. These are available in standard horizontal vertical models, with or without built in Moisture Separators. These are available from 30 CFM to 10,000 CFM. This dryer is similar to the Internal Heater type dryer except that no process air is wasted. For regeneration, a blower provides the atmospheric air which is pre-heated in an external heater, to regenerate the desiccant bed. Therefore no process air is used for regeneration. The unit is fully automatic.

Air dryers for all types of industrial application. These dryers are used for quick drawing of moisture in industrial process. Wet incoming gases after passing through filter, pass through the slide piston valve assembly and are directed towards chamber I where they pass upward through the desiccant. Gas drying takes place by adsorption. Dry gas from chamber I then passes through the check valve assembly and then through the after-filter to the application or work area. while gas is being dried in chamber I the desiccant in chamber ii where the desiccant has been wetted in the previous cycle is being simultaneously regenerated. The chamber ii is depressurised to atmosphere through the purge valve in the downward direction. A portion of the dry gas passes through the needle valveorifice plate through the desiccant and flushes out the desorbed moisture.
