Shaped wires are normally made on Turks Head which operates on rolling mill principle. Turks head offer the following advantages :   Increased tensile, yield and hardness values by as much as 50% over hot rolling or machining. Cold rolling refines the grain structure of the material which makes it harder and stronger. Excellent surface finish which allows plating or painting with minimal surface preparation. Till a year ago, AGRIM INTERNATIONAL was specializing in round wire only. As an going broadening of our product mix, we started making shaped wires supplier, steel shaped wires in 2004. Any wire that is not round, is a shaped wire. We are manufacturer and supplier of shaped wire and stainless steel wires. These are Square, Rectangular, Trapezoidal, D shaped etc. manufactured from high carbon steel, generally conforming to EN-42B/EN-42J. The wires are customer built for the taper required and are supplied in drawn or annealed finish.    Shaped wire can also be supplied in :  Stainless steel - for washers, mesh Belt Aluminum or copper - electrical industry, zippers Mild steel - oil seals, general engineering 16MnCr5 - Motorcycle chain Bush

These wires are produced from EN(IA)Pb/SMnPb30/12L14 grades and are used for making nipples for cycle & motorcycle spokes.

These wires are produced from high carbon grades of steel. The end user of wires is in needles for sewing and hosiery purposes

Our wires are very well suited for cold heading processes not only for their high ductility, but also for their attitude to the tempring process. Further treatments of the wire rod e.g. spherodized annealing, chemical pickling and phosphate and soap coating are carried out internally.

The wires are used for making balls, Needle Rollers, Taper Rollers & Cylindrical Rollers for Bearings. These are also used for making Travel Wires for textile machinery. We are manufacturer of ball bearing wires, bearing wires, balls, needle rollers etc. All Properties like hardenss, tensile strength, size tolerance, coil wt. etc are maintained as per customers specifications.Size range : 0.50-25.00 mm   The wire is spherodised annealed that is uniformly distributed fine carbon, globules in ferrite matrix.
