Sheet powder coated. controller : digital pid controller with in-built timer ( 0 to 99 hours and 59 minutes in hour:minute format ) circulation fan : for uniform temperature distribution in the chamber protection devices:mcb & fuse door gasket : made of synthetic rubber compound / silicon instead of asbestos. models: model size of inside chamber trays am-01 24”x 36”x 24” 3 specification: temperature range : 5 deg. C above ambient to 250 deg. C accuracy : 0.5 deg.c (after 30 min warm-up time) controller : digital pid controller with timer. Power supply : 220v ac, 50hz, single phase. Timer : 99:59 (hh:mm) additional features: power failure data protection : protect operational data and set parameters in case power failures door position protection : in the case of door open, heating will automatically switches off by indication door open and raise an alarm. sensor failure : in case of temperature sensor failure, heater automatically cut-off and raise an alarm temperature undershoot/overshoot :this will indicate on lcd display (below/above 5 deg.
