Working principle Biomass falls into the mill vertically from feed inlet, then evenly and continuously distributed in the mold inner cavity surface (the pressing roller and mold contact surface) and then the powdery material gets through the holes that evenly distributed in the mold under the pressure of pressing wheels. In this process, the material has physical change or appropriate chemical change under high pressure and high temperature (according to material), prompting the powdery materials forming into ever-lengthening solid cylinders which then cut off by the cutting knife, and at last pellets discharged from the discharge hole.
