It is high pressure autoclave designed especially for conducting acceleraed soundness tests on Cement or the autoclave expansion tests. It is mounted in a sturdy supporting frame, and enclosed in a heat- insulated / metal housing which is attractively finished in hammertone paint.The top has a pressure regulator safety valve and pressure gauge. The unit attached to the side of the housing has power switches and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating unit.

Innovative Horizontal Autoclave is triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler. Inner chamber and steam jacket are made out of Heavy gauge S.S. sheet with leak proof argon welding. The Autoclave has single piece door made of stainless steel. Back plate and rising is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. All the Autoclaves are hydraulically tested to withstanding 2.5 times the working pressure. Mounted on tubular steel frame with ground leveling screwed flanges. The Outer jacket is wrapped with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize the heat losses due to radiation and is covered by polished stainless steel for the elegant appearance.
