TurboLap filers are ideal tools for deburring or finishing ribs, slots, and other intricate parts. An economical air filer well suited for any mold and die shop's polishing bench. The patented, turbodrive mechanism provides high speed and torque in either a linear or eliptical "swing" motion. The linear-stroke is designed for draw-filing narrow areas; the swing stroke provides a unique eliptical stroke well suited for finishing side walls at bottoms of mold cavities.Choose a fixed stroke of 0.3, 0.7, or 1.2mm. Stroke frequency is controlled by means of a ring throttle. The design of the TurboLap is light and well balanced using an ergonomic, soft grip housing for comfort.
