Outer chamber is constructed with thick high grade sheet duly pre-treated with primers and painted with stove enamel or power coated ensuring long lasting and rust proof performance. The inner cylinder is made of heavy gauge welded steel sheet. These cement autoclaves are air insulated form inside and in some cases as per customer requirement mineral glass wool insulation is also provided. These units are equipped with strong locking lid which is made of thick stainless steel plate to provide better safety while operating the machine and mounted on a sturdy supporting frame. The pressure inside is controlled by pressure gauge and spring-loaded safety valve. These units come after passing hard research and testing procedure.
