Exterior Cement Primer is water based coating suitable for undercoat for exterior emulsions. Our Exterior Cement Primer has good opacity and whiteness that improves the appearance of the emulsions’ topcoats. The Exterior Cement Primer, we offer, can be directly applied on the smooth plastered surface and doesn’t need water curing. Recommended shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Substrate Suitability : Suitable for exterior ceilings, asbestos sheets, concrete, cement plaster, etc. Application Details : Unique exterior primer gives excellent coverage of around 12-14 square meters/liters, second coat 6-7 square meters/liter. We recommend UC protect prior to the UC – Ext increase the life of the building and coating. Application Steps :Clear off the application surface from dust, grease, oil, fungus, loose paint, etc, then follow the given steps. Sand the surface with sand paper 80/100 thoroughly. Wash it with water by coir brush. Fill cracks and dents with white cement and fine sand (1:3) Apply UC protect -Ext-Pri, leave it for 4 (24 hrs for excellent result). Allow it to dry. Apply UC – Ext- Pri two coats with an interval of 4 hrs in between.   Packing Size : 1 liter, 10 liters and 20 liters
