These housings are welded to both sides of the roller simultaneously using a self automated welding machine ensuring minimum out of roundness. Shaft of the rollers are made from bright bar conforming to industry standards. Having the chemical composition EN-8, these shafts are ground on a centre less grinding machine to provide finish of a very high degree throughout the length of it. All idler rollers are sufficiently lubricated grease during assembly and no subsequent lubrication is necessary. However if the client wants the re-lubrication type of the roller they may have to specify that, For Smooth Running before installation, water ingress and dust penetration tests are done.
