    Available in all grades of carbon steel and stainless steel i.e. Product content parts AISI 316 & 304 and are crevice free. Temp. Sensor, Level sensor, Conductivity sensor, PH sensor are provided for higher standardization of processing module through control panel with PLC & HMI. The plant consist the followings machines & equipments (a) Tray Dryer: This is require to dry the raw material through heating air to maintain the best quality finished product and its hygienic. (b) Main Mixing Vessel (Contra Type): Vacuum Operated, Agitated, Jacketed for heating & cooling type. The mixer is designed & fabricated to withstand perfect vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing & to eliminate air entrapment as surfactant has tendency of forming suds. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a dished bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 L plate. There is provision of bottom entry homogenizer in the same vessel which homogenizes all ingredients. The vessel shall be suitable for 700 mm vacuum and internal pressure of 3 Kgscm2 through vacuum pump. There will be a suitable outlet provided for the product discharge.
