We manufacture a wide range of Strip Coil Straightener. The combine coil straightening units are required to provide a straightened stock to the press for qualitative finished products. These are power driven, hardened, and ground pinch rollers, supported with the help of needle bearings and have enough power to unwind the stock. The hardened and ground straightening rollers are centrally adjustable and supported in needle bearings and the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off. This assures the required stock advance per minute. Moreover, variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. In addition, the power driven hardened and grounded coil rollers are available with the cradle mounted in anti-friction bearing, arranged in the arc to equalize weight distribution. Both inner frames are easy to adjust.
