The largest ordinary-sized Unipoles are located primarily on major highways, expressways or principal aerials, and command high-density consumer exposure (mostly to moving traffic). The Letters are made in the 304 Grade Stainless Steel which is Rust Proof, made for outdoors only and crafted with fine Polishing which adds to the glamour of the signage. In these Signboards, the letters are then mounted on ACP Sheeets.The Aluminum Composite Sheets (ACP), which are specially made for exteriors and are PVDF Coated. A-Cast and UV Imported Acrylic Sheets are used to make the Fascia, these acrylic sheets are cut to perfection with the Laser Cutting machine. The Samsung LEDs are embedded in the Letters & Adequate size of water proof Power Supplies (>75%) of the actual Load. The base substrate of Aluminum Composite Panel Sheets are Sunlight and water resistant. The LEDs consumes very low power, hence there is very low recurring cost of electricity.
