The Automatic Electronic Dual cut-off system is used along with the Water Distillation unit to protect the distiller during water supply failure. Its cuts off the power supply in two cases. a)In case of water failure to condenser, the power supply to the unit is cut-off automatically, by means of Flow Switch b) In case of water failure to the Boiler, the power supply to the unit is cut off automatically by means of pt-100 sensor.     SPECIFICATIONS

The instrument Consist the metal Shield to support metal flask with geared height adjustable device. The flask vertical height can be adjusted by Gear System and a knob. A glass window is provided on front side for viewing distillation flask. The shield is arranged to allow use of condenser bath. The bath is constructed of stainless Steel Sheet with MS black painted stand. An electric heater with an energy regulator is provided. The unit is supplied with 3 Nos. Asbestos boards of 38 mm, 50 mm & 70 mm diameter holes.  

Quartz Double Distillation (1085)   Double Quartz Distillation Units are manufactured from fused quartz tubes. The exceptionally high chemical purity and very low solubility of this material enables the production of very high performance system. The unit consists of Primary Boiler with built in heater. The Secondary Boiler with condenser is mounted on the Primary Boiler. The Double wall condenser ensures separate condensation of vapor coming from the two boilers using a single cooling circuit. The whole unit is mounted on a stand with easy to connect electrical terminals either to mains or Cut-Off Device.
