Edge Squaring Press for finishing of center-stitched magazines exercise notebooks, booklets, balance sheets etc. It gives square-shaped spine similar to perfect-bound books. Ability to open books flat without any damage to the spine and therefore printing can be done on the spine section. Square pressed books are easy to handle for stacking and packing. Hydraulic Pressure for clamping and squaring and the gap in the squaring rollers can be set to suit the thickness of book papertitle Square shaping of the spine for aesthetic and functional value addition at 850950 cycles per hour for a single copy.

The books are pressed immediately after casing-in and the joint is burnt-in at the same time. Pressure and the temperature of the joint bars can be adapted to the binding materials. therefor the joint is formatted extremely well and receives a perfect and permanent shape. After Casing-in the book automatically moves one by one in the conveyor towards the online hydraulic joint formatting station. Every individual book's jois formed in two times stations respectively. Finally the finished book is delivered into rear end.
